BB FOUNDATION · LEARN
Brilliance should not be cancelled by circumstance.
Helping promising students continue their education when financial circumstances threaten to interrupt their potential.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The inaugural programme will award two scholarships to brilliant but genuinely financially constrained students in Ghana.
Each successful scholar receives an individual award letter defining what is approved, capped and conditional. Support may include approved tuition and charges, examinations, books, a device where approved, or exceptional education-related costs. Where practical, BB Foundation pays the school or approved provider directly.
ELIGIBILITY
Church membership is not required and is not an automatic advantage.
Admitted to or enrolled in a recognised secondary, TVET or tertiary institution in Ghana.
Results, ability, improvement, discipline, resilience, talent and ambition can demonstrate potential.
Continuing education is materially beyond the applicant’s or household’s reasonable capacity.
Evidence of responsibility, integrity and appropriate conduct.
Able to provide documents and references and attend an interview if shortlisted.
Any scholarship or sponsorship supporting the same costs will be disclosed.
ASSESSMENT
A compelling story or powerful connection is not enough. Evidence matters.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Do not falsify documents. Material misrepresentation can disqualify an application or result in withdrawal of an award.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Applications are screened, verified, assessed using the published scorecard and independently reviewed. Shortlisted applicants may be interviewed.
